Overview
We are seeking a Weekend Delivery Driver (Hybrid full-time work available) to join our team. The role is delivering fresh sandwiches and food-to-go items to a varied customer base.
Duties
- Safely operate company vehicles, adhering to all traffic laws and safety regulations
- Plan and follow efficient delivery routes to ensure timely arrivals
- Load Van and unload goods, requiring lifting and manual handling
- Verify delivery details and obtain necessary signatures or proof of delivery
- Instore merchandising and stock rotation
- Communicate effectively with office team and customers regarding delivery schedules or issues
- Maintain the cleanliness and basic maintenance of the vehicle
- Complete all required documentation accurately and promptly
Skills
- Must be 25 years or older.
- Valid UK driver’s license with a near-clean driving record.
- Ability to follow delivery routes efficiently.
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask.
- Punctual, dependable, and self-motivated.
- Capable of handling physical tasks associated with loading/unloading goods
