Female Care Assistant – Elmthorpe Convent, Oxford

The Salesian Sisters, an international religious congregation and registered charity, are seeking a caring and dedicated Care Assistant to join the friendly team at Elmthorpe Convent in Cowley, Oxford.
Elmthorpe Convent provides a peaceful home for a small number of elderly Sisters and is managed by SJOG Hospitaller Services. We are looking for a compassionate and reliable individual who is committed to delivering high-quality, person-centred care and support.
As a Care Assistant, you will play a key role in supporting residents to maintain their independence, dignity, and wellbeing. You will work as part of a supportive team to provide holistic care that reflects each resident's individual needs, preferences, and values.

Key Responsibilities and Requirements

- Be flexible and able to work across a 24-hour rota, including weekends and bank holidays.
