Job Summary
PSP, a trading style of Osiris Health and part of the Handl Group, is one of the UK's leading providers of specialist neuro rehabilitation services. We work alongside consultants, therapists, hospitals and multidisciplinary teams to deliver life-changing treatment for adults and children living with complex neurological conditions.
We're looking for an organised, proactive and highly professional Clinical Coordinator to coordinate clinics, theatre sessions, clients and clinicians across our services.
This is a varied role suited to someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced healthcare environment and is confident in managing multiple priorities.
Full UK driving licence and own vehicle required
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate outpatient clinics and theatre sessions
- Manage clinical diaries and schedules
- Liaise with patients, families, consultants and clinicians
- Coordinate multidisciplinary teams and clinical lists
- Arrange venues, theatres, travel and accommodation
- Prepare clinical documentation and patient correspondence
- Maintain accurate, confidential patient records
- Support audits, invoicing and clinical governance
- Help improve the patient experience and service delivery
About You
You’ll need:
- 2+ years’ experience coordinating clinics and/or theatre lists
- Healthcare or clinical administration experience
- Excellent organisation and attention to detail
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Good Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel skills
- Understanding of GDPR and patient confidentiality
- A proactive, solution-focused approach
- Full clean UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle
Desirable:
- Private healthcare experience
- Experience supporting consultants or senior clinicians
- Theatre scheduling experience
- Knowledge of clinical governance or safeguarding
