Registered Care Manager
Harrow, HA3 | £46,000 – £52,000 per year

This is a chance to take the lead on a domiciliary care service built from real experience, the owners set it up wanting the kind of care they'd want for their own families, and that ethos still runs through how the team operates day to day.
You'd be stepping into an established, well-regarded team with a genuine commitment to person-centred support across the local community. The senior management team are approachable and hands-on, and there's real investment in both the people drawing on the service and the staff delivering it.

What you'll be doing
- Running the day-to-day operations of the domiciliary service
- Leading and supporting the care team to maintain high standards
- Keeping care plans current, tailored, and properly reviewed
- Carrying out audits, spot checks, and compliance monitoring
- Building strong relationships with families, professionals, commissioners, and local authorities
- Managing rotas and safe staffing levels
- Overseeing budgets and resources
- Driving continuous improvement across the service
What we're looking for
- Experience managing or supervising in a care setting
- Solid grasp of compliance, safeguarding, and quality standards
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Level 5 Health & Social Care (or working towards)
- Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
Useful but not essential
- Local authority relationship management
- Tender writing or contract experience
- Track record supporting service growth

- £46,000 – £52,000 depending on experience
- 28 days annual leave including bank holidays
