Key Responsibilities

Preparing and serving high-quality coffee and hot beverages to a consistently high standard.

Serving alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages responsibly in line with licensing regulations.

Providing friendly, efficient customer service during busy trading periods.

Assisting with food preparation and having a good understanding of our menu and products.

Maintaining stock levels, carrying out stock control, and notifying management of shortages.

Keeping the takeaway hatch clean, organised, and compliant with food hygiene and health & safety standards.

Working closely with the kitchen and front-of-house team to ensure smooth, efficient service.

Handling cash and card transactions accurately.
What We're Looking For

Minimum 2 years' barista experience in a busy café or hospitality environment.

Confidence serving both coffee and alcoholic beverages.

Ability to work calmly and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Good food and beverage knowledge.

Experience with stock control and maintaining high operational standards.

Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.

Positive attitude, reliability, and a strong work ethic.

Flexibility to work weekends, evenings, bank holidays, and busy seasonal periods.
