Customer Service Representative (South Wales Site)
With more than 15 years of experience in allergen and speciation testing, we have built a strong reputation for quality, reliability, and customer excellence. We are looking for a dedicated professional to join our team, acting as a vital link between our customers and commercial functions. The successful candidate will provide outstanding customer service, manage enquiries, coordinate order processing, and help strengthen long-term client relationships through responsive and professional support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as primary point of contact for customer enquiries via phone and email
- Process client orders accurately and efficiently
- Coordinate with laboratory teams to ensure timely sample processing and reporting
- Maintain customer records and CRM systems
- Support the Commercial Director and Key Account Director with client communications
- Manage complaints and ensure timely resolution
- Monitor turnaround times and proactively update customers
- Assist with quotations and contract administration.

- Experience in customer-facing role

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM systems
Hours: 9:00–17:00, Monday to Friday (onsite)
Salary: £25,750
Pay: From £25,750.00 per year
