We're looking for an experienced Head Barista to join Abbevilles Bike Café, an exciting new social enterprise in Clapham.
Owned by First Step Trust, a charity with over 30 years' experience supporting people facing barriers to employment, our café combines great coffee with real social impact. You'll help create an outstanding customer experience while supporting volunteers to develop skills and confidence for future employment.
As Head Barista, you'll play a key role in launching our new café. You'll help shape the menu, deliver consistently excellent coffee, maintain high standards and build lasting relationships with customers. As the café grows, you'll also support and mentor volunteer workforce members, helping them gain valuable hospitality experience.

Has at least one year's experience as a Senior Barista or Café Supervisor.

Can confidently open, run and close a café.

Is passionate about quality coffee and customer service.

Enjoys supporting and developing others.

Has excellent attention to detail and a positive, proactive attitude.
