Hotel Housekeeper / Cleaner Wanted
We are looking for a reliable, trustworthy, hardworking and detail-focused Housekeeper / Cleaner to join our hotel team.
The role will involve cleaning and preparing guest rooms to a high standard, changing bedding, cleaning bathrooms, replenishing supplies, vacuuming, dusting, and helping to keep public areas clean and welcoming. You will play an important part in making sure every guest has a comfortable and positive stay.
What we are looking for:
A dependable, punctual and trustworthy person with a good eye for detail. Previous housekeeping or cleaning experience is preferred, but not essential as training can be provided. You must be able to work well as part of a team, take pride in your work, and maintain high standards of cleanliness.
You must be available to work weekends. Working hours are flexible between 9:00am and 4:00pm.
Pay: £13.50–£16.00 per hour, depending on experience. Self-employed applicants may be paid between £14.00–£19.00 per hour, depending on experience and agreement.
Duties include:
Cleaning guest bedrooms and bathrooms
Changing bed linen and towels
Restocking toiletries and room supplies
Cleaning corridors and public areas
Reporting any maintenance issues
Following hotel cleaning standards and health & safety procedures
