About the Role
As an Apprentice Recruitment Consultant, you will support senior consultants while learning the full recruitment process. You will gain hands-on experience in business development, candidate sourcing, LinkedIn outreach, lead generation, and recruitment coordination.
You will also learn how to use modern recruitment tools, CRM systems, LinkedIn, and AI technology to work more efficiently and effectively.
Key Responsibilities
- Support senior consultants with recruitment activities
- Conduct LinkedIn outreach to clients and candidates
- Source candidates for live vacancies
- Write LinkedIn posts and market engagement content
- Maintain lead trackers and internal systems
- Learn business development and client engagement
- Assist with recruitment administration and coordination
- Use AI tools and recruitment technology to improve productivity
Career Progression
This apprenticeship is designed to lead into a full Recruitment Consultant role.
Following successful completion of the apprenticeship and a successful first year within the business, you would typically progress into a Recruitment Consultant position with responsibility for your own clients, candidates, and market area.
Long-term progression opportunities include Senior Consultant and Account Management roles.
