Senior Recruitment Consultant = Construction
Location = London
Salary = Up to £45k
THE AGENCY

Currenlty supporting construction clients across the UK and Europe for permanent and interim/contract placements.
Covering, public sector, social housing, interior fit out residential main contractors.
Without external investment the business has grown to sitting at 7 heads and looking to push to 10 this year. Measured growth delivered safely to ensure the stability for everyone whilst being able to offer true career pathways based on deliverables to each senior consultant.
THE OPPORTUNITY
To take full charge of your own growth.
Have a clear map for yourself, earnings, increases, team hiring and development. This will be planned and mapped at the very start so you have full clarity of what your journey can (and will) look like.
Ideally someone to push further into the freelance/contract space for white collar construction.
Will also consider a good perm biller who wants more.
You will have free reign over specialism, geography and vertical.
As this is working with an agile SME private business there are many long-term opportunities within the business.
The owners care about people and want everyone to be part of the success and growth of the business.
THE BENEFITS
Salary - up to £45,000 (DOE)
Commission up to 25% of everything you bill (£20k month = £5k commission)
End of year bonus @ 3% of all revenue

9am – 5pm hours
ABOUT YOU
Experience within full 360 construction recruitment is essential.
(Any vertical within construction white collar) NOT trades.
Freelance/Contract/Perm
Attitude is the most important factor.
Mature attitude to work, can do what is needed to be done and not require micro-management.
