Are you an experienced Baby Room Practitioner looking to join an award-winning nursery?
Small World Kindergarten is a well-established Outstanding Montessori nursery in Ipswich, recently recognised as one of the Top 20 Nurseries in the East of England, based entirely on parent reviews. We are looking for a caring, enthusiastic and experienced practitioner to join our dedicated Baby Room team.

What we're looking for:
- Experience working within a baby room is essential.
- Level 3 Early Years qualification or currently working towards Level 3.
- A good understanding of the EYFS and child development.
- A warm, caring and professional approach.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
Your role will include:
- Providing exceptional care and learning opportunities for babies.
- Supporting children's development through engaging activities and play.
- Building positive relationships with children, parents and colleagues.
- Contributing to observations and learning records.
- Maintaining a safe, stimulating and welcoming environment.

Pay: £25,408.50-£28,448.31 per year
