Colney Hatch Lane Surgery are looking for a highly motivated, passionate and committed receptionist with great customer service skills to join our fast-paced surgery.
The successful candidate will have a can-do attitude, be driven to problem solve and be able to work independently as well as part of a team.
We are looking for an enthusiastic and driven team member with good communication skills with telephone and face to face interactions. Previous General Practice experience would be beneficial but not a requirement and full training will be given.
Duties can include but are not limited to, greeting and directing patients, effective use of the appointment system, booking appointments, assisting patients and processing of prescriptions. To act as the central point of contact for patients, the distribution of information messages and enquires for the clinical team, liaising with an internal and external primary and secondary care, as well as community service providers
Currently looking for someone to commit to zero-hours contract but with current demand for 18-25 hours per week with flexibility for overtime.
Pay: £12.71 per hour
