We are seeking an exceptional Finance Manager to lead and manage the financial operations in our group of five schools; Langford Primary, Sulivan Primary, Fulham Primary, Wilberforce Primary and Queen’s Manor. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role within a collaborative and ambitious organisation dedicated to providing an outstanding education and ensuring that every child is given the opportunity to achieve their potential.
Working closely with the Executive Business Manager and Executive Principal, you will play a key role in ensuring the effective management of the finance function, ensuring consistent implementation of policies and procedures.

What You'll Be Doing

Leading all aspects of financial management across the five schools.
- Preparing and monitoring budgets, forecasts, and management accounts.
- Providing clear financial analysis and advice to school leaders and governors.
- Reviewing payroll, managing procurement, and financial reporting processes.
- Ensuring compliance with financial regulations, policies, and audit requirements.
- Identifying opportunities for efficiencies, savings, and improved financial performance.
- Supporting strategic planning and long-term financial sustainability.
- Leading and developing finance administration staff where applicable.
