Role Description/Key Responsibilities
We are seeking a proactive Buying Administrator to enhance our procurement processes. In this role, you will:
- Build and maintain good relationships with new and existing suppliers.
- Follow up on orders that have not arrived on time or to the given specifications.
- Undertake administrative duties to support the team.
- Process purchase orders.
- Checking invoices that relate to material purchases and chasing any shortfalls.

Experience/Skills Required
- Strong IT skills
- Excellent administrative skills
- Ability to work to tight deadlines
- Able to work under pressure
- Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Good at prioritising tasks to maximise efficiency and productivity
- Exceptional communication skills – both verbal and written
- Proactive in decision-making with keen troubleshooting skills
Job Type: Full time, Permanent.
Experience: Administrative/Office experience (Preferred but not essential)
