CCT Venues is an owner managed, private limited company, comprising of two venues in the City of London. CCT Venues Smithfield, operates as a boutique style venue with a variety of clients with CCT Venues Moorgate opening in September 2026.
We are currently recruiting for an experienced Sales Manager to run our busy sales department.
Reporting into the Managing Director, the role is fundamental to the day-to-day running of the Sales department.
This is an important role in the management of CCT Venues and of key commercial significance. The post holder contributes to the business through professional enquiry handling, lead development, relationship building and expert diary & rate management.
The post holder will ensure that bookings and enquiries are optimally placed, balancing client needs and maximizing yield while promoting a strong and positive company reputation.
Experience & Skill requirements:
This post requires:
- An efficient and confident team player with comprehensive proven experience in proactive and reactive sales management in the hospitality sector. This is essential.
- Experience of account management, diary management and working with third party venue agencies.
- Comfortable working in a small team and have strong self-motivation and enjoy working to targets.
- Strong written and spoken English Language skills are essential alongside a good general education and intermediate word processing and spreadsheet skills.
Remuneration and benefits:
- Salary £45,000 per annum.
- Annual performance related bonus scheme.
- Participation in the Company Pension Scheme (Subject to qualifying criteria).
- Complimentary refreshments and lunch (subject to availability).
- Upon successful completion of 6 month probationary period: participation in three times salary Term Assurance scheme.
- Participation in the employee assistance scheme (BHSF).
- 22 days’ annual leave rising annually by 1 day to a maximum of 25 days, plus the statutory 8 bank holidays.
- 3 days for Christmas closure usually awarded annually company wide.
Hours:
Full-time, Monday to Friday. You may occasionally need to stay later for a client event, and very occasionally work a weekend - both of which are covered by time off in lieu or overtime.
Pay: £45,000.00 per year
