The Role
This is a varied, hands-on role within a busy retail environment, especially during peak back-to-school periods.
You’ll be involved in all areas of the store, from helping customers and processing online orders to supporting stock management and team coordination. No two days are the same, and you’ll play an important part in keeping everything running smoothly.
Key Responsibilities
- Providing excellent customer service in-store and online
- Picking, packing, and processing online orders
- Supporting stock management, deliveries, and organisation
- Helping maintain a clean, organised, and efficient store environment
- Supporting the day-to-day running of the shop floor
- Training and guiding seasonal summer staff
- Leading by example to maintain high standards across the team
- Communicate professionally with customers, schools, and clients via phone, email, and in person
What We’re Looking For
- Previous retail experience (2+ years preferred)
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Organised, reliable, and proactive
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- A team player with the confidence to support and guide others
