Overview
We are looking friendly & engaging bartender to join our team at Sit & Sip! Including a mix of midweek & weekend evening shifts. Join our small team of enthusiastic bartenders to learn all about what we do best at Sit & Sip; working in a fast-paced environment, creating classic & speciality cocktails, engaging with guests, and learn everything you need to know about cocktails and craft beer. If you're 18+, enthusiastic and positively driven, we'd love to hear from you.
*Weekends are required (specifically Saturday evenings)
Availability ranges from 3-5 shifts per week
Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve drinks to customers following standard recipes
- Interact with customers, take orders, and provide recommendations
- Maintain cleanliness of the bar area and equipment
- Check customers' identification to ensure they meet the legal drinking age
- Handle cash transactions and operate the till accurately
- Monitor inventory levels and restock bar supplies as needed
Experience
- Previous experience in a similar role within the hospitality or restaurant industry is advantageous
- Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently
- Proficiency in bartending techniques and cocktail preparation
