We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Bar Supervisor to oversee daily operations within our vibrant bar environment. Duties
- Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of bar staff, ensuring efficient service delivery
- Assist with the training and development of team members in hospitality best practices
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations within the bar area
- Monitor stock levels, place orders, and manage inventory to prevent shortages
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bar area at all times
- Handle customer enquiries, resolve complaints promptly, and promote excellent customer service
- Lead by example in delivering outstanding hospitality experiences to guests
Qualifications
- Proven supervising experience within a restaurant, hotel, or hospitality environment
- Strong team management skills with the ability to motivate staff effectively
- Experience in serving beverages and understanding of bar operations, including barista experience preferred
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
- Leadership qualities with a proactive approach to problem-solving
- Familiarity with hospitality industry regulations and health & safety protocols
- Previous experience in restaurant or hotel environments is highly desirable

Pay: Up to £32,500.00 per year
