Job Summary
We are seeking experienced Management Consultants and Business Analysts to join our dynamic team. Duties
- Conduct comprehensive analysis of organisational structures, workflows, and operational procedures to identify inefficiencies and opportunities for enhancement.
- Develop detailed business cases and strategic plans based on thorough data collection and analysis.
- Collaborate with clients and internal teams to gather requirements, define project scope, and establish clear objectives.
- Facilitate workshops and meetings to elicit stakeholder needs and ensure alignment with organisational goals.
- Prepare clear, concise reports and presentations summarising findings, recommendations, and implementation strategies.
- Support the implementation of recommended solutions, including process redesigns and change management initiatives.
- Monitor project progress and evaluate outcomes to ensure desired results are achieved effectively.
Skills
- Proven expertise in business analysis with a strong understanding of analysis techniques and tools.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets and translate them into actionable insights.
- Strong organisational skills with the capacity to manage multiple projects simultaneously whilst maintaining attention to detail.
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, capable of engaging stakeholders at all levels.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team environment.
- Proficiency in relevant software applications such as MS Office Suite, data analysis tools, or specialised business analysis programmes is desirable.

Pay: £35,000.00-£55,000.00 per year
