Kaleidoscope Learning Trust is seeking to appoint a Senior Residential Support Worker to its “Outstanding” rated school Cloughwood Academy. This role is term-time based, Monday to Thursday. Cloughwood Academy is a SEND school, which educates pupils with a range of social, emotional, and mental health needs.
Cloughwood Academy’s Residential provision has consistently been rated “Outstanding” by Ofsted and plays an integral part in the success of the Academy. This role will be varied and will involve all aspects of management of staff within the care team to provide a high-quality provision. NVQ Level 3 qualification (or equivalent / or the desire to work towards) is essential. Reporting to the Head of Care, the post holder has responsibility and accountability for the development and improvement of the Residential Provision.
