What You'll Be Doing
As a Food & Beverage Assistant, you'll play a key role in ensuring our guests receive first-class service from the moment they arrive. Your responsibilities will include:
- Delivering exceptional customer service and creating a warm, welcoming atmosphere.
- Taking food and drink orders accurately and efficiently.
- Serving meals and beverages to the highest standards.
- Assisting with the preparation and presentation of food and drinks.
- Maintaining a clean, organised, and inviting dining environment.
- Supporting catering functions and special events, including setup and service.
- Following food safety, hygiene, and health & safety regulations at all times.
- Working closely with kitchen and bar teams to ensure seamless service.
- Assisting with bar service and beverage preparation when required.
- Contributing positively to a supportive and collaborative team culture.
