We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Reservation Agent to join our dynamic team. In this pivotal role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, ensuring their booking experience is seamless and efficient. The role acts as a key link between clients, the operations team and chauffeurs, ensuring that client requirements are understood, communicated and delivered to the highest standards. The Reservation Agent plays a vital role in customer satisfaction and supporting the continued growth of the business.
Duties
- Deliver a high standard of courtesy and professionalism to our clients
- Take accurate client bookings with a positive telephone manner
- Remaining positive and responsive to any client request
- Convert and attract new clients through answering product and service questions
- Open new accounts
- Maintain client data in booking software
- Resolve client disputes
- Maintaining a high sense of awareness and listening to the client for any customer service issues
- Support Duty Controller as requiredRequirements
