Job Description
AM Global Solutions Ltd is seeking a results-driven Workforce Performance Manager to improve employee productivity, operational effectiveness, and service performance across the organisation. This role focuses on analysing workforce trends, developing performance strategies, and partnering with leadership teams to create a culture of continuous improvement. You will use data, coaching, and operational insights to enhance workforce capability and support the achievement of business goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop workforce performance strategies that improve productivity, engagement, and operational outcomes.
- Analyse performance metrics, workforce data, and operational trends to identify improvement opportunities.
- Collaborate with department leaders to establish performance goals and implement improvement initiatives.
- Design reporting frameworks and dashboards to monitor workforce efficiency and service delivery standards.
- Coach managers on performance management approaches, employee development, and team optimisation.
- Identify skills gaps and support workforce planning initiatives to strengthen organisational capability.
- Lead continuous improvement projects focused on improving processes, employee effectiveness, and operational results.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in workforce management, performance improvement, operations management, or organisational development.
- Strong analytical skills with experience interpreting workforce data and performance indicators.
- Knowledge of performance management frameworks, employee engagement practices, and operational improvement methods.
- Excellent communication, coaching, and stakeholder management abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple initiatives while working with teams across different business functions.
- Degree in Human Resources, Business Management, Organisational Psychology, Operations, or a related discipline is preferred.
- Experience with workforce analytics platforms, HR systems, or business intelligence tools is advantageous.
Pay: £38,000.00-£77,000.00 per year
