Overview
With a start-date at the earliest opportunity to suit both you and us, we are looking for an enthusiastic hard-worker to join our production team. Our manufacturing site operates Monday - Thursday 0730 - 1700, total per week 36 hours.
There is no prior skill or experience necessary as all training and personal development will be provided. However the ability to learn quickly and to follow instructions both verbal and written is crucial as the role is extremely varied, and it is vital our beacons and sounders are manufactured correctly and to a high standard as they are sold all over the world.
Keen attention to detail is critical, along with a strong understanding of manufacturing principles, and the ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.

Responsibilities as training progresses
- Build electronic circuits from components into finished beacons and warning signals.
- Operate and monitor manufacturing equipment to ensure optimal performance.
- Conduct quality checks on products throughout the production process.
- Troubleshoot circuit malfunctions and perform basic repairs as needed.
- Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines.
- Maintain accurate records of production data and quality metrics.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and protocols within the manufacturing environment.
- Problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team while also being self-motivated.
- A sound understanding of health and safety regulations in a manufacturing setting is advantageous.
- Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment would be great, although it's not essential as we shall train you in everything you need.
