Senior Care Assistant – Mundesley & North Walsham
We are now looking for kind, reliable and community-minded Support Workers to join our team at Support Me at Home covering the North Walsham and Mundesley areas.
Pay:
- Excellent pay from £14.00 per hour, all dependent on experience and can be discussed at interview
- Time and a half on bank holidays
Hours: Flexible working hours available, part time and full time
Shift Patterns:
- 7:00am – 2:00pm
- 3:30pm – 10:30pm
- Shift patterns are discussed at interviews, however we cannot offer AM-only roles.
Support Me at Home is a family-run care provider proudly supporting people across North Walsham, Mundesley and surrounding areas. Accredited by Norfolk County Council since 2014 and consistently rated “GOOD” by the CQC, we deliver high-quality care that helps people live safely and comfortably in their own homes.
Key Responsibilities
No two days are the same, but your role will include:
- Providing companionship and emotional support
- Assisting with everyday tasks such as cleaning, shopping, and meal preparation
- Supporting with personal care and medication
- Spot checks on staff members.
- Completing care plan reviews
- Monthly reviews on service users and staff
- Medication audits
- Being a part of the on-call service.
