Plumbing & Heating Aftercare manager
We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated individual to join our team as a Plumbing & Heating Aftercare manager to lead our aftercare service across new-build residential developments.
You will liaise with residents, developers, engineers, and internal departments to resolve issues promptly and professionally, while maintaining accurate records and compliance documentation.
This role is responsible for managing plumbing and heating defects during the developer warranty period, ensuring a professional and efficient service for developers, homeowners and our engineers.
Previous plumbing and heating experience is not required as training and ongoing support will be provided.
Please note: Due to our location, applicants must have their own transport.
Key Responsibilities
- Log and manage plumbing and heating aftercare defects.
- Schedule engineers within agreed service timeframes.
- Act as the first point of contact for aftercare enquiries via telephone and email.
- Coordinate appointments and property access with homeowners.
- Maintain accurate job records and update internal systems.
- Liaise with internal departments regarding parts, materials and job progress.
- Register air source heat pumps and gas appliances with the relevant regulatory bodies.
- Ensure all compliance documentation is completed, recorded and filed accurately.
- Provide regular updates to developers, residents and engineers throughout the aftercare process.
About You

- Experienced in an administrative or customer service role.
- An excellent communicator with a professional and friendly manner.
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail.
- Able to prioritise workload and remain calm under pressure.
- Confident using Microsoft Office and willing to learn new software systems.
- Proactive, reliable and able to work independently.

Pay: £32,000.00-£36,000.00 per year
