DN Colleges is seeking an Admin/Technician Reprographics professional to join the Facilities Support team and play a key role in delivering a high-quality printing and reprographics service across the organisation.
This varied role combines hands-on print production with administrative responsibilities, supporting both internal and external customers, staff and students. You will work with a range of specialist printing and finishing equipment, provide advice and guidance on available services, manage stock and supplies, and contribute to the continuous improvement of printing operations. Key Responsibilities

Operate a range of print and finishing equipment, including folding, perforating, laminating and binding machinery.

Deliver a professional, customer-focused printing and reprographics service for staff, students and external customers.

Provide advice, guidance and training to staff and students on available printing and finishing services.

Manage stock control processes and issue materials as required.

Support the day-to-day operation of the print room, including ordering paper, stationery and postage-related supplies.

Complete administrative tasks including copying, typing, filing and managing incoming and outgoing post.

Ensure printing and postage recharges are accurately allocated to departments.

Support quality processes, audits and business improvement initiatives across the organisation.

Assist in developing more efficient ways of working, including process improvements and automation where appropriate.
Essential Criteria

Experience working in a customer service and reprographics environment.

Previous experience of copying and printing services and equipment.

GCSE English and Maths at Grade C/4 or above, or equivalent.

Strong IT skills, including experience of Microsoft Office applications.

Excellent organisational, communication and customer service skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
