WE ARE LOOKING FOR
YOU WILL:
1) Customer Service
- Greet customers in a friendly and welcoming manner.
- Take customer orders accurately.
- Answer questions about the menu, ingredients, and allergens.
- Recommend drinks and toppings based on customer preferences.
2) Drink Preparation
- Prepare bubble tea, milk tea, fruit tea, smoothies, and other beverages according to company recipes.
- Measure ingredients accurately to ensure consistency.
- Cook and prepare in-house ingredients.
- Adjust sugar and ice levels according to customer requests.
- Ensure drinks are presented neatly before serving.
- Learn to make delicious bubble tea to standard recipes
- Create memorable and happy experiences for all customers
- Be able to maintain a tidy & clean work environment for both our customers and your team members
- Build up a good teamwork with the team members, contribute to a teamwork environment by helping in problem-solving, customer relationships, and product quality
- Manage and create content for the tiktok
- Complete the reasonable tasks that assigned by the company
3) Food Safety & Hygiene
- Follow food hygiene and safety regulations.
- Clean and sanitize equipment, counters, utensils, and preparation areas.
- Wash dishes and maintain a tidy workspace.
- Monitor ingredient freshness and expiry dates.
4) Store Operations
- Open or close the store when assigned.
- Brew tea and prepare ingredients for daily service.
- Complete opening and closing cleaning checklists.
- Dispose of waste and recycling properly.
- Assist teammates during busy periods.
5) Till Handling
- Operate the point-of-sale (POS) system.
- Process cash, card, and digital payments accurately.
- Issue receipts and maintain an accurate cash drawer.
6) Stock & Inventory
- Restock cups, straws, lids, tea leaves, syrups, and toppings.
- Prepare ingredients before opening or during quieter periods.
- Report low stock to supervisors.
- Rotate stock using FIFO (First In, First Out).
7) Skills Required
- Excellent customer service and communication.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Basic math and cash-handling skills.
- Teamwork and reliability.
- Good time management.
- Knowledge of food hygiene (training is often provided).
YOU ARE
- Be able to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends or holidays
- Legally eligible to work in the UK
- Must have work experience (Either Barista or Similar customer facing experiences)
- Voluntary work is not considered as experience
- Should provide work references from the previous employer/managers
- An energetic person with positive thinking, with a ‘can do’ attitude
- Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality
- Willing to learn new skills and share your knowledge with our customers & the team
