What you'll do:
- Deliver exceptional haircuts, beard services, hot towel shaves, and grooming treatments with precision and consistency.
- Create a truly personalised experience for every client through expert consultation and attention to detail.
- Build lasting relationships with a loyal, and sophisticated clientele.
- Recommend premium grooming products with confidence and authenticity.
- Represent the standards, values, and reputation of Adam Grooming Atelier in every service delivered.
What You Bring:
- A minimum 5 years' professional barbering experience.
- Mastery of classic cuts, modern styles, beard work, and traditional wet shaves
- Outstanding customer service and communication skills.
- Composure and confidence in a high-expectation, luxury environment
- A genuine obsession with the craft and the details that separate good from exceptional
