Duties

- Assist in menu planning and ingredient sourcing as required
- Monitor stock levels and communicate needs for replenishment
- Adhere to health and safety procedures at all times during food preparation and service
- Collaborate with team members to deliver excellent customer service during meal service periods
- Follow all hygiene protocols, including proper handling and storage of food items
Experience
- Proven experience in food preparation and cooking within a professional kitchen environment
