SIA DOOR SUPERVISOR WANTED – BAR 52 - HARLOW
We are looking for a professional, reliable and confident SIA Door Supervisor to join the security team at Bar 52 in Harlow.
Pay: £13.00 – £15.00 per hour, depending on experience.
The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining a safe and welcoming environment for customers and staff, managing entry to the venue, carrying out appropriate security checks, monitoring customer behaviour and dealing calmly and professionally with any incidents that may arise.
Requirements:
- Valid SIA Door Supervisor licence
- Previous door supervision/security experience preferred
- Professional and presentable appearance
- Good communication and customer service skills
- Confident approach to conflict management and de-escalation
- Reliable, punctual and able to work as part of a team
- Availability for evening and weekend work
