Role Overview: We are seeking experienced and motivated operatives who can confidently install resin-bound systems, lay tarmac, and fit edging kerbs to a high standard. This is a hands-on role suited to individuals who take pride in their workmanship and can operate effectively on-site as part of a team.
Key Responsibilities
- Install resin-bound driveways and pathways to a professional finish
- Lay and finish tarmac surfaces (driveways, roads, and pathways)
- Install edging kerbs, block edging, and associated groundwork
- Prepare sub-bases, including excavation, levelling, and compaction
- Operate relevant tools and machinery safely and efficiently
- Maintain high standards of health & safety on all sites
- Work collaboratively with team members to deliver projects on time
Requirements
- Proven experience in resin, tarmac, and kerbing work
- Strong understanding of groundwork and surfacing processes
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment
- Full UK driving licence preferred
- CSCS card (preferred but not essential)
- Strong work ethic and reliability
