Overview
We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Estate Agency Sales Progression & Administrator to join our busy office. This role involves managing sales processes, maintaining accurate records, and providing exceptional administrative support to ensure seamless communication between clients. The ideal candidate will possess excellent IT skills, strong organisational abilities, and outstanding communication skills. Pay Structure: £25,000 basic salary, plus quarterly bonus and commission on sales and referrals, with a realistic earning potential of £35,000+ per annum.
Working Hours: 4.5 days per week — Tuesday to Friday, 9:00am–5:30pm, and Saturday, 9:00am–1:00pm.
Responsibilities
- Manage the progression of sales transactions from initial enquiry through to completion, ensuring all stages are accurately documented and deadlines met
- Maintain and update customer records using CRM software, ensuring data accuracy , compliance and confidentiality.
- Prepare and organise sales documentation, and advert particulars.
- Liaise with clients/vendors , internal teams, and external partners via email and phone to facilitate smooth sales processes
- Assist with administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments, processing sales and managing incoming correspondence
- Support the day to day running of the business, occasionally conducting viewings when the office workload requires.
- Qualifications/ Experience
- Proven experience in Estate Agency sales administration or similar administrative roles
- Strong computer literacy
- Experience with CRM software
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively
- Outstanding communication skills in English, both written and verbal
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Demonstrated IT skills with a good understanding of computer systems and software applications
- Strong time management skills with the ability to meet deadlines consistently
- Previous experience in customer service or client-facing roles is advantageous
