Job Title: Chef / Kitchen Manager
We are looking for a talented and driven Chef / Kitchen Manager to lead our kitchen and play a key role in shaping our food offering.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone with real passion and energy, who wants to make their mark and help develop and evolve our menu. You’ll be responsible for overseeing daily kitchen operations, maintaining high standards, and inspiring your team to deliver consistently excellent food.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage all aspects of kitchen operations, including food preparation and service
- Lead, train, and motivate the kitchen team
- Develop and refine menus, bringing fresh ideas and creativity
- Ensure high standards of food quality, presentation, and hygiene
- Manage stock, ordering, and kitchen costs effectively
- Maintain compliance with health and safety regulations

- Previous experience in a Chef or Kitchen Manager role
- Strong leadership and organisational skills
- A passion for food, with the drive to innovate and improve
- High energy and a proactive, hands-on approach
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment

Pay: £16.00-£17.00 per hour
