An excellent oppertunity has become available within our order processing department.
We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Order Sales Processor to join our team. This role is a full time position for somebody, that involves inputting, checking and quoting for UPVC window and door products, managing sales orders efficiently, maintaining accurate records, and providing exceptional customer service. The successful candidate will possess strong administrative skills, excellent communication abilities. This paid position offers an opportunity to develop your skills within a dynamic environment, supporting sales operations and ensuring seamless order processing.
Duties
- Process sales orders accurately using CRM software and other relevant systems
- Manage administrative tasks related to order processing, including data entry and documentation
- Respond promptly to customer enquiries via email or phone, providing professional support
- Organise and prioritise workload effectively to meet deadlines
- Assist with general administrative duties to support the sales department
Skills
- Experience with CRM systems
- Strong organisational skills with excellent time management abilities
- Demonstrated customer service experience with a professional approach
- Good IT literacy and computer skills across various platforms
- Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Previous experience in sales administration or similar administrative roles is desirable
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
This role is ideal for candidates who are proactive, reliable, and eager to contribute to a busy sales environment.
The hours are Monday to Friday and every other Saturday 7.30am-12.30pm.
Pay: £28,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
