PS Ltd are recruiting General Operatives to join a well-established and reputable company based in Bawtry.
Location: Bawtry
Pay: £13.82 per hour
Shift Pattern: 4 on / 4 off
Hours: 6:00am–6:00pm
Looking for a hands-on role with a great shift pattern?
This is a practical, physical role working as part of a team involved in the production of mushrooms. No two days are necessarily the same, and you’ll play an important part in keeping the production operation running smoothly.
Your duties will include:
- Cleaning production tunnels using a jet washer
- Working in tunnels, which can be confined spaces
- Carrying out stock checks and general cleaning duties
- Working both indoors and outdoors depending on operational requirements
- Following health, safety and site procedures at all times
- Supporting the wider team to maintain a clean and efficient working environment

- Reliable and hardworking
- Comfortable with physical, hands-on work
- Able to lift and move heavier items when required
- Happy working both indoors and outdoors
- Comfortable working in a potentially confined environment
- Able to work as part of a team
- Available for an immediate start
