Whitstable Nursing Home are currently looking for caring, patient and understanding individuals to assist our client-base with a range of Healthcare needs, including those who require End of Life Care and support with Dementia.
We currently have opportunities for individuals who are able to work long days or nights, this may include weekends and Bank Holidays.
Your duties would involve but are not limited to the following:
- Maintaining high standards of Person-Centred Care throughout each shift
- Promote person-centred care in a respectful and dignified manner.
- Recording all tasks completed on to a digital care planning system.
- Maintaining a safe environment within the Home, reporting any accidents/incidents to a senior member of staff.
- Promoting a high standard of hygiene, cleanliness and service towards our clients, including wearing of PPE where required.
- Maintaining Confidentiality regarding clients and staff, in-line with GDPR/Data Protection policies.
We give all care staff opportunity to undertake training NVQ Level 2/3 if not already completed.
No experience necessary, just an interest in working with vulnerable older people and a willingness to learn.
