We are looking for a Manager to lead our Team in Verwood
At Harlees we like to provide a fast, friendly service complemented with great quality food. We are a family run business, running fish and chips shops since 1946.
We are very proud of what we do and want our customers to enjoy their experience when ever they visit our stores. We are constantly innovating and looking at what we do. So we are looking for an individual who can help us achieve this. A hospitality background is essential.
What we are looking for:
Ability to display leadership skills in the day to day management of the store. Being able to deal with customers, provide excellent quality food and service and coordinate your team. Good with numeracy, flexible, hard working and always leading by example.
The Job Involves:
Cooking/Frying
Running a team
Dealing with customers.
Day to day running of the branch
Ensuring that the service and food is to high company standards.
Training new employees.
Ensuring the cleanliness of the shop is always at a high standard .
Preparing quality raw products for sales such as fish and potatoes, this requires regularly lifting 25kg Sacks.
