Position Overview
Cambridge Academy invites applications from qualified and experienced lecturers to deliver teaching on our Level 3 Foundation Year programmes. These pathways support learners progressing to UK universities in science, healthcare, engineering, and related disciplines.

Key Duties
- Deliver structured, high‑quality teaching aligned with Level 3 academic standards.
- Prepare learners for university entry through assessments, tutorials, and academic support.
- Contribute to curriculum development and programme enhancement.
- Maintain accurate records of learner progress, attendance, and achievement.
Essential Criteria
- Bachelor’s degree (minimum) in the relevant subject area.
- Strong communication and organisational skills.
- Commitment to supporting diverse learners and maintaining academic excellence.
Desirable Criteria
- Teaching experience at Level 3 or equivalent.
- Experience working with international students.
- PGCE or equivalent teaching qualification.
