We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Staff Nurse to join our healthcare team. Duties
- Deliver comprehensive patient care, including monitoring vital signs, administering medication, and assisting with daily activities.
- Support patients through their treatment plans, ensuring comfort and safety at all times.
- Maintain accurate and detailed patient records in accordance with hospital policies and procedures.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop personalised care plans tailored to individual patient needs.
- Educate patients and their families about health conditions, treatments, and post-discharge care instructions.
- Ensure infection control protocols are strictly followed to maintain a safe environment for patients and staff.
- Assist with medical procedures under the supervision of senior medical staff when required.
- Participate in ongoing training programmes to stay current with best practices in nursing care.
Experience
- Proven experience in a clinical nursing setting, preferably within a hospital or similar healthcare environment.
- Strong knowledge of human anatomy and physiology.
- Demonstrated ability in medication administration with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent patient care skills, demonstrating empathy, patience, and professionalism.
- Knowledge of healthcare regulations, standards, and best practices relevant to nursing roles.
- Prior experience working with diverse patient populations is advantageous but not essential. This position is ideal for motivated individuals passionate about delivering compassionate healthcare while developing their professional skills within a supportive team environment.
