This is more than an operational management role. You will be responsible for shaping the customer experience, developing business strategies, improving operational performance, and creating an environment where both employees and customers feel valued. You'll work closely with senior leadership while leading by example every day.

Key Responsibilities
Operational Leadership: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the business, ensuring high standards of service, efficiency, and performance across all departments.
People Management: Recruit, lead, coach, and develop managers and team members while fostering an inclusive, motivated, and high-performing workplace culture.
Business Performance: Monitor financial performance, budgets, KPIs, and operational metrics, identifying opportunities to improve profitability and efficiency.
Customer Experience: Ensure every customer receives exceptional service by maintaining consistently high operational and service standards.
Strategic Planning: Work closely with senior leadership to implement business strategies, support growth initiatives, and identify new opportunities for improvement.
Compliance & Quality: Ensure compliance with company policies, health and safety requirements, and all relevant UK regulations while maintaining operational excellence.
What We Are Looking For
Experience: 5+ years of management experience, including previous responsibility for leading teams, managing operations, and achieving business objectives in a fast-paced environment.
Leadership: A confident and approachable leader who motivates others, builds strong teams, and creates a positive workplace culture.
Commercial Awareness: Strong understanding of budgeting, financial reporting, operational planning, and business performance management.
Communication Skills: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build relationships with employees, customers, and stakeholders.
Problem Solving: A proactive decision-maker who remains calm under pressure and can effectively resolve operational challenges.
Mindset: A hands-on leader who enjoys improving processes, developing people, and delivering outstanding business results while maintaining exceptional customer service.
Pay: £35,000.00-£48,000.00 per year
