We require an experienced baker or someone with the aptitude/knowledge to grasp this role, to work 5 evenings per week (flexible days) 16:00 till 23:00.
Duties will include the use of commercial ovens to bake quality savoury & sweet pies, noting customer orders and collating numbers, finishing and packing products, supervision of a small team, possible involvement in pie production and the willingness to attend external training courses.
Preference given to those with any commercial baking experience, and those currently possessing health and safety and/or food hygiene training.
Some knowledge of excel/word and accuracy with numbers desirable.
