This role has responsibility to ensure supply plans are met by driving batch release activities and specific Contract Manufacturing Organisations (CMO) activities across multiple products and markets. The role also ensures up to date status and outlook for supply from the current campaign is available and clearly communicated to the organization on an ongoing basis. The role is highly cross-functional with network-wide supply management responsibility, working with Global and Site Supply Chain managers and Quality Operations team members within CSL Seqirus and 3rd party CMOs.
Key responsibility is to manage cross functionally all the activities needed to ensure batches are released in alignment with supply plans. The role oversees these activities for all Fluad and Flucelvax EU/ROW markets. The role also ensures completion of data inputs across multiple functions in site and CMO campaign tracking tools to ensure accurate reporting of progress and to highlight any issues. This is a key tracking and reporting mechanism that has multiple impacts across all functions, CSL Seqirus sites and CMOs to achieve successful campaign outcomes. Role needs to resolve issues and analyse complex interdependencies, discussing these with senior stakeholders to ensure supply plan can be adhered to. High usage of MS Excel and SAP.
Education: A bachelor’s degree in Scientific or Commercial discipline, 2+ years’ experience in a relevant field such as supply chain, manufacturing, or data analysis, with proven ability to manage complex tasks, collaborate across teams, and work independently with strong attention to detail. Knowledge of pharmaceutical best practices, MS Excel and SAP.
