Paddington Academy is seeking an exceptional Reception Officer to be the first point of contact for our students, families, staff, visitors and wider community. As Reception Officer, you will create a positive and welcoming environment for all visitors while helping to ensure the smooth and efficient running of the academy. Working closely with the Community and Administration Manager, you will oversee reception operations, support the reception team, and provide key administrative support, including Free School Meals administration, ParentPay activation and biometric registration.
