Join HSL Compliance
You will lead, coach, and develop a team of Operational Support Coordinators. You will be responsible for ensuring seamless contract coordination, managing resource cover, and maintaining real-time compliance reporting.
Beyond core team management, you will act as a digital champion for the region—utilising systems like Microsoft Power Platform, Business Central, and Advanced Excel to streamline standard operating procedures (SOPs), automate workflows, and maintain absolute data integrity for our clients.
What You’ll Be Doing
Direct daily workloads, mentor staff, and conduct regular 1-on-1s, team meetings, and performance reviews.
Allocate daily scheduling and admin tasks to ensure team accuracy and meet operational SLAs.
Act as central contact for field crews, Account Managers, and clients, escalating service risks to the Regional Director.
Perform routine data checks, assist with month-end financial reviews, and resolve discrepancies.
Streamline processes using Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Automate, BI) and lead regional software pilots.
What We’re Looking For
Experience leading, supervising, or coaching an operations or business support team.
Experience in operational support or business systems roles, with strong practical experience using Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI), Dynamics 365 Business Central, and Advanced Excel (Power Query, Pivot Tables).
Proven track record in managing SOPs, data governance, and driving continuous process improvements.
Excellent problem-solving abilities with high attention to detail, accuracy, and customer-focused communication.
