Chef de Partie – Urban Fresh Ely

Are you passionate about fresh food, bold flavours and cooking with quality ingredients? We're looking for a talented Chef de Partie to join the kitchen team at Urban Fresh Ely.
Urban Fresh brings the vibrant flavours of South America to Ely, serving freshly prepared dishes inspired by the continent's rich food culture. From premium steaks and grilled meats to fresh seafood and colourful seasonal ingredients, we're passionate about creating food that's full of flavour and cooked with care.
As Chef de Partie, you'll take ownership of your section, work alongside a skilled kitchen team and help deliver consistently high standards in a fast paced environment.
What you'll be doing:
- Running your section during service
- Preparing and cooking fresh dishes to a consistently high standard
- Maintaining excellent food hygiene and kitchen cleanliness
- Supporting the Head Chef and Sous Chef with daily operations
- Helping to train and support junior chefs where needed
- Contributing ideas and maintaining the high standards Urban Fresh is known for
We're looking for someone who:
- Has previous experience as a Chef de Partie or Commis Chef ready for the next step
- Has a genuine passion for fresh, quality ingredients
- Takes pride in every dish they produce
- Works well under pressure in a busy kitchen
- Is organised, reliable and a great team player
- Is available to work evenings and weekends
