Job Summary

Duties
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer enquiries via phone, email, or chat.
- Provide accurate information about products and services, ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Perform data entry tasks with precision to update customer records and transaction details.
- Utilise communication skills to resolve issues effectively, demonstrating empathy and patience.
- Identify opportunities for upselling additional products or services to enhance customer engagement.
- Maintain organised records of customer interactions and transactions for future reference.
- Assist in analysing customer feedback to identify trends and suggest improvements.
- Support multilingual customers by offering assistance in both English and Spanish as required.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in a customer service role or related field is preferred.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, in English; proficiency in Spanish is highly advantageous.
- Competent in data entry with attention to detail to ensure accuracy of records.
- Ability to demonstrate excellent phone etiquette and professional demeanour at all times.
- Analytical skills to interpret customer data and feedback for continuous improvement.
- Bilingual candidates will be prioritised; however, all applicants must possess strong interpersonal skills.
- Organised with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently under pressure.
