Job Summary
We are seeking enthusiastic Front of House Staff to join our hospitality team. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service. This role offers an excellent opportunity to develop skills in customer relations, serving, and coffee making within a dynamic and friendly setting. Prior experience in hospitality or barista environments is preferred but not essential, as full training will be provided. A passion for delivering memorable guest experiences and a keen eye for detail are essential qualities for this position.
Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly and ensure they feel welcome upon arrival
- Take accurate orders and serve food and beverages efficiently
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the front of house area
- Ensure compliance with food safety standards and hygiene regulations
- Barista duties, including preparing specialised coffee drinks when required
- Collaborate with team members to deliver seamless service during busy periods
Qualifications
- Previous experience in catering, serving, or hospitality is prefered but not mandatory; full training will be provided
- Knowledge of food safety standards and hygiene practices is desirable
- Excellent communication skills with a friendly, professional demeanour
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure during busy service times
- Genuine passion for delivering outstanding customer service
- Flexibility to work shifts including evenings, weekends, and public holidays as required
- A positive attitude, team spirit, and eagerness to learn new skills
Pay: Up to £12.71 per hour
