WeDo Tyres are a mobile tyre fitting company based in Pershore. Our technicians cover a large part central England. The business is only 4 years old, but is enjoying substantial growth.
We are looking for someone to join our exceptional team in our control room, taking calls from fleets, motoring organisations and retail drivers needing emergency tyre replacement.
We predominantly do work for businesses that require to gain authorisation after a job has been completed. We need to ensure that everything has been completed to the highest standard before seeking authorisation.
Responsibilities
- Take incoming calls from customers and booking jobs, work with the dispatcher to give ETA's and to help keep the customer updated. We are extremely customer focused and we need to treat all customers with empathy and respect.
Requirements
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage effectively with customers.
- Be able to work Collaboratory in a small team
- Proven experience in data entry with attention to detail.
- Ability to analyse information quickly and make informed decisions based on customer needs.
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment.
- Accuracy is critical for this role
