Advanced Building are looking for a plasterer with a keen eye for detail to join our growing team.
We deliver a range of services including complete property refurbishment and alterations, building repairs and maintenance, voids and planned work programmes.
ATTRIBUTES
· Experience of working on Local Authority / Social housing properties
· Experience of working in void & tenanted properties
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- To always protect the tenants’ property before starting the work and leave the property clean and tidy having completed the work.
- To have the right tools for the trade you perform at all times.
QUALIFICATION REQUIRED
- Valid driver's license to travel to job sites
EXPERIENCE
- Must have 10 years plus experience in the industry.
- Wage dependent on experience.
Pay: £20.00-£25.00 per hour
